To give away typewriters in a writing contest is the coolest.
If you are considering one more typewriter for use, I’d nominate Olivetti Lettera 22. Small enough that it could be tucked away from view, amazing typing action, and an award of excellence under its belt.

I actually do have an Olivetti Lettera–but a 32 (wait, maybe I am a fledgling collector?!).
